The hotel offered a breathtaking experience with stunning views and a relaxed ambiance. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the food was simply phenomenal. However, the room we stayed in was quite basic, and there was a slight issue with some insects in the area. My stay at the hotel was nothing short of wonderful. The welcoming atmosphere made me feel like I was home. The dining experiences were incredible, especially at the Rockhouse Restaurant. However, the slow breakfast service tested my patience a bit. The location is a breathtaking escape, but the absence of a coffee maker in the room was a minor inconvenience for a morning coffee lover like me.

What an unbelievable resort! The views are absolutely stunning, especially from the Premium hut we stayed in. The staff were welcoming and super accommodating, particularly Crissy, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. There are a few minor inconveniences with slow restaurant service and some issues with the room amenities, but overall, it’s a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the breathtaking surroundings.
